How to upgrade from the Free plan to the Growth plan

  • Log into your Hopin account at hopin.com
  • Click on the Billing tab

  • Scroll down, select Monthly billing or Annual billing and click Upgrade under the Growth plan tile.

  • Select Proceed to Checkout on the pop-up window.
  • Fill out the required information, including your payment option.
  • You are all set!

 

How to upgrade from the Starter plan to the Growth plan

  • Log into your Hopin account at hopin.com
  • Click on the Billing tab
  • Scroll down, select Monthly billing or Annual billing and click Upgrade under the Growth plan tile.

  • Select Proceed to Checkout on the pop-up window.
  • Fill out the required information, including your payment option.

Note: If you upgrade from the Starter monthly plan to the Growth monthly plan, you will receive a credit (if you have any days left on the Starter plan) and stay on the same billing cycle for the Growth plan.

What happens when I downgrade from the Growth plan to the Starter plan? 

At this time, we do not support direct downgrades from one plan to another; the user has to cancel their current plan. Once the cancelled subscription period ends, the user will be reverted to the free plan at which point they will be able to upgrade to the Starter or Growth plans.

Note: Users will still have access to event recordings on any paid plans, but not on the free plan.
