If you wrongly input your password more than 5 times, your account will be locked and Hopin will send you an email with instructions to unlock it.
You may be presented with the below message when trying to login after your account becomes locked.
Check your inbox for the email, if you don't see a new email please wait a few minutes and also check your junk/spam folder just in case. If after a few minutes you still don't see an email from Hopin click on the 'Resend email?' link to get it resent. Again, wait a few minutes for the new email to arrive then open it, it should look like below.
Then click 'Unlock my account' and you will be redirected to a page where to unlock your account. If that fails see the instructions below the blue button, it will have a link and a code: navigate to the link and input the code to unlock your account.
Note: In case you receive multiple Hopin unlock emails, only open the last one you received. This is the URL of the login page: https://hopin.com/sign_in in case you need it to resend the email. In our example the unlock code is 'xWKX-nAA...' do not use this, your code will be unique and different.
